Christmas trees are an annual tradition at Follen. Sales began on December 5 and were sold out December 19!
Prices range from $30-$65 depending on the height and the quality.
The hours are:
Saturday: 9am – 7pm
Sunday: 12pm – 7pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 3pm – 7pm
Weather Updates and any schedule changes will be posted here.
Note: Special pandemic-related protocols for social distancing in effect this year–face masks required at all times!
Join the 65-year-old tradition by signing up for a two-hour selling slot any day from December 5 to Christmas Eve. If you have not sold trees before and would like an experienced partner the first time, add yourself to the second seller line, with someone you would like to get to know better. It is especially helpful to have an extra person on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, when it gets really busy.
It’s a great activity for couples or for the whole family. Kids are always welcome. And be sure to come pick out a beautiful tree to brighten your own home.
Donate a tree?
Again this year, Follen Church, in collaboration with local community services such as Lexington Human Services Department is providing coupons to families that can be exchanged for any tree in the lot. This program helps families that might not otherwise be able to afford a Christmas tree to be able to partake in this fun holiday tradition. Please donate to the Follen Free Trees program either online, at the tree lot or by dropping off a check at the Christmas tree lot. We would like to raise $400.00 to cover the cost of the trees.
