As the holidays approach, many of us will gather with people we love—some of whom may see the world very differently than we do. Should we try to reach across the divide? If so, even with good intentions, we might struggle with dynamics — internal and external — that pull us into polarization. Essential Partners has developed tried and true methods to disrupt those patterns and create openings for genuine connection. This workshop will help you notice and disrupt destructive patterns and find ways to stay curious and connected.
