Metta: Mid-Week Meditation

Wednesdays Mid-Day

Every Wednesday from 11:30am-12:00pm a Zoom room will be open for you to sit quietly with other Follenites. Then, at 12.00, there will be a guided loving-kindness meditation (Metta) for about 15 minutes. If you think you might like to do this, regardless of how often or how seldom, you must register so that, when you do come, your email address will be recognized and you can be let in. Pause.
