If we want choices at the end of life, there are choices we can make now, both personally and politically. Come learn how you can:

  • ensure that your loved ones and caregivers have understanding and required documentation re your wishes for end-of-life care (including
    an addendum for dementia)
  • show support for the Medical Aid in Dying Bill in the state legislature (with enough support, Massachusetts could be the 15th state to pass such a bill)

As with a Food for Thought event, small group breakouts will be included in the program.

Our speaker is Sara Elkins, senior northeast campaign organizer for Compassion and Choices. She will provide participants with an advanced training guide and toolkit from Compassion and Choices.
