Dear Spirit,

As we gather today, many of us come to you with heavy hearts, overwhelmed by the constant chaos, negativity, and uncertainty in our world. Many feel angry, confused, and tired. Some of us feel crushed by our world and believe we cannot rise. Many of us fall prey to the illusion of insignificance—that there’s nothing we can do to change things. That we’ve lost agency in our collective decision-making.

Dear Spirit, help us embrace the power of letting go—not as a surrender to darkness, but as an act of courage. Teach us to release what weighs us down, not by turning away from the world and escaping, but by stepping into our full capacity for love, action, and transformation. Remind us that we cannot fight darkness with darkness. That there is a higher plan at work. And that in you, dear Spirit, all darkness is turned to light.

Guide us to engage with the world peacefully, insisting on truth and justice without yielding to despair or bitterness. Help us recognize how our bitterness erodes the spirit that binds us to love and light. Instead, guide us to channel our anger like fire—one that cleanses and fuels productive action rather than destroys.

Open our eyes to the miracles all around us. Awaken in us our dormant superpowers: the ability to create, to heal, to regenerate. Align our attention, intention, and agency so that we may co-create a future of possibility, both individually and collectively. May our efforts be sustained by joyful daily practices… self-care, nature, breathing. And presence in our togetherness. Dear Spirit, Let these be the foundation of our resilience.
