Joint Meeting of Program Council and Parish Board
Monday September 11, 7:30pm, Community Center

The opening joint Program Council (PC) and Parish Board (PB) meeting for the 2023/2024 Follen Church Year will be held on Monday, September 11 at 7:30pm in the Community Center. All are welcome to attend and observe this church governance meeting. PC is the operational governing body of the church made up of President, Vice President and representatives from each of the 7 action teams. PB is responsible for church policy and financial oversight and is made up of Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Clerk and three at-large members.

The agenda for the September meeting is

  • Welcome, Introductions, Hopes and Dreams
  • Overview of governance, meetings and google drives
  • FHRAT update and review of 2022/2023 budget close out
  • Output from Marshman survey and discussion.
  • PC vote on if we want to try and continue to use Marshman for transitional housing or if we would prefer to do something else with it.
