Maintaining Connections to Beat Pandemic Blues
Wednesday December 9, 7:30-9pm

Food for Thought returns with Mary Curlew, LICSW, Community Education and Training Specialist, Jewish Family & Children Services (pictured, left). As rates of COVID-19 infection are increasing once again, communities in Massachusetts are responding with continued restrictions on social interactions and face to face contact. These restrictions impact the mental and physical health of individuals and of our community as a whole. This impact is especially hard felt as we enter the holiday and winter season. Mary Curlew will lead us in an interactive workshop that will help participants identify risk factors and to brainstorm, together, creative ways of maintaining strong social connections while adhering to physical and social distancing protocols during the coming winter months.
