A small team of library-loving Follenites has been working for over a year designing a newly-invigorated non-fiction circulating library for Follen.

We are planning for a collection that supports the work of our Action Teams and aligns with the interests and concerns of our members.

A year ago, we partially weeded the former collection and packed it up for the duration of the construction.  At regular meetings over the last year, we created a mission statement, a collection development policy, and a new categorization scheme for the books. Soon, we will purchase many new items, thanks to generous funding from PCAT sub-groups.  All items will be re-processed and labeled, and best of all, we will have an online catalog so that items are easy to look up and find!
