Register Your Children or Youth

Do you have children or youth involved in Follen’s Religious Education programs?

Did you know that if your children are “only” involved with FUUY (our high school youth group), or OWL (our values-based human sexuality curriculum for 8th graders), or Coming of Age (for 10th graders), you still must register your child?  It’s true.

Please complete all four forms on Registration Information and Forms.

Include your child’s activity fee (if this is a hardship for you, please talk to Deb Weiner) and return to the RE office on the second floor of the church, mail it in, or hand it to Deb, another member of the staff, or a member of the RE Action Team.

Youth and children MUST be registered by October 2 for the year; you’ll be receiving a phone call or email from an RE Team person or Deb if you have not yet registered…this is for your child’s safety, and the church’s – please register now!
