Community Center and Kitchen
We offer our space for rental by individuals and groups for purposes that are in harmony with Follen Church’s values as a liberal, Unitarian Universalist religious institution, subject to availability.
We ask that you submit your request at least 4 weeks prior to your event date. If you have any questions about rentals, please email rentals@follen.org.
Follen Church Community Center Rental
Square feet: 1,900
Accommodates: 100–160 people
Fee: $180 for 2 hours (minimum time, except for a post-concert reception); $90 each additional hour
The Community Center is located on the ground floor behind the Sanctuary and accommodates between 100 and 160 people depending on setup. It has wood laminate floor space of about 1,900 square feet. It is equipped with a piano (Yamaha Electronic), ceiling-mounted projector, and microphone connections. There is an adjoining full kitchen that you can add on to your rental for an additional fee.
Please note that for all rentals there are separate fees for staffing for facilities and A/V technician. We do offer discounts for one-time scheduling of three or more rentals during a fiscal year, as well as rentals that take place Monday–Friday.
Our building has an elevator and is fully accessible.

Catering Kitchen
Fee: $60/event
The kitchen adjoining the Community Center is a catering kitchen and can be added on to any rental (if available) for an additional fee.
Equipment usage in this space must be used in compliance with posted operating instructions. Renters must remove or discard all refreshments upon departure; food and beverages may not be left on counters or in refrigerators.
