Read Eye-Opening, Award-Winning Book on Housing and Poverty

Discussion on Sunday, January 22, 6:30 pm, Marshman Center

The January book for our Follen Anti-Racism book group is Evicted: Poverty and Profit in the American City by Matthew Desmond. To quote the New York Times review, “it is a regal hybrid of ethnography and policy reporting. It follows the lives of eight families in Milwaukee, some black and some white, all several leagues below the poverty line.” All are welcome to join the discussion.
