Join health and wellness educator Catherine Collins, and Kripalu yoga teacher Betsy Leutz, to learn and practice some simple ways to help you relax and restore balance. Living with high levels of stress, no matter the origin, wreaks havoc on emotional equilibrium and has the potential to damage physical health.
This workshop, which incorporates a variety of relaxation techniques that you can take home with you, will give you some tools for reducing levels of stress, whether you have 2 minutes or 20.
A light lunch will be served.
