A “Shindig de Chambre” with a Mission

Sunday November 5, 3pm, Sanctuary

Eudaimonia, A Purposeful Period Band, is a wayward baroque ensemble directed by Interim Music Director Vivian Montgomery.

The group’s versatile female contingent will be presenting Boundary Issues, a passionate and unruly St. Cecilia’s celebration with an unusual array of repertoire, featuring soprano Pamela Murray, mezzo Carrie Cheron, flutist Na’ama Lion, period & jazz reeds blower Diane Heffner, violinists Julia McKenzie & Yi-Li Chang, violist Elisabeth Westner, harpsichordist/accordionist Vivian Montgomery, and guest cellist Claire Garabedian.

The program will lift up the work of the Lexington METCO Scholarship Fund and Follen’s SJAT in general. Admission is Pay What You Decide. For further information: eudaimonia-music.org.
