Upcoming Services

Regular worship services at Follen Church will resume with our traditional Ingathering Sunday, on September 12, 2010. Please join us!

There will be one multigenerational service at 10:30 a.m., in the sanctuary.

Family Worship at 10:00 a.m. will resume on September 19, along with religious education programming.

Family Worship Services are twenty minute, child-oriented services which are designed and co-led by Reverend Lucinda Duncan and Religious Educator Debra Zagaeski. These short, one-main idea services, will begin in the sanctuary at 10 AM (sharp!) every week except the first Sunday of each month, when the 10:30 am Worship Service will be a carefully designed INTERGENERATIONAL SERVICE for all children, youth, and adults for no more than a full hour. Please give these services — all of them — a try. We think you’ll like them. Bring your friends and neighbors!

PLEASE NOTE: Sunday, November 2 will not be an Intergenerational Sunday; Family Worship and Adult Worship services will be held and religious education classes will meet.

Please come to “Reflections” after the 10:30am Worship Service on most Sundays from 12:00–12:30pm in the Anne Smith Room. “Reflections” is the weekly opportunity to bring your coffee (and your name tag) to the Anne Smith Room to reflect with a small circle of folks about anything stirred in you by the worship service — music, readings, sermon. It has been restarted this year by the Worship Committee. It will be an excellent way for both long time Follenites and newcomers to get acquainted in a friendly, informal way. Please invite any visitors to attend with you.
